This workshop will give you practical understanding and hands-on experience of your chakras and energy field, so that you can begin to access these seven profound places of knowing.

The life coaching choices that we make in our lives are the result of two processes. One, most people are familiar with. It is about cause and effect and taking responsibility for our actions.

The other process is more subtle and has to do with what we tune to, what we resonate with and what pushes us away. It has a profound effect on our life coaching choices, but is less understood by most people.

This workshop introduces the most subtle place of our choices: the Chakra System. Most people are familiar with the word chakra, and know that there are 7 main chakras. Most people do not know that there are really two systems.

 One chakra system is intrinsically a map of the spiritual journey back to source. It is the chakra system often depicted in books and on the internet. The other chakra system is the key to our healing, inspiration, aliveness and inner knowing. It is with this chakra system that we engage the world, interact with our energetics and with which we make progress towards our goals.
